Francella K. Brown, 58, of 276 Route 58, died Saturday at Clifton-Fine Hospital, Star Lake. She had suffered a heart attack.

Born March 7, 1942, in Gouverneur, daughter of George and Frances D. Halford Klock, she was a 1960 graduate of Clifton-Fine High School, Star Lake.

She married Alan R. Brown on May 16, 1964, in Edwards Methodist Church. They have lived in Fine since 1964.

Mrs. Brown enjoyed collecting dolls and rings.

Surviving besides her husband are two sons and a daughter-in-law, Kenneth A. and Peggy, Pyrites, and Charles R., Fine; two daughters and their husband, Teresa A. and Roy Shipman, Fort Drum, and Elyda B. and Frederick Gladle Jr., Hermon; two brothers, Harold H. Klock, Midwest City, Okla., and Gary A. Klock, Fine, and seven grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at French Funeral Home, Edwards, with the Rev. Robert King of Fowler Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Edwards.

Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Star Lake Volunteer Rescue Squad.
